Which connector?: For SQL Server connection when CT is removed for any type of DB maintenance and then turned back on later by DBAs during the CT removal the connector should go into a failed state.

Additional details: Currently the connector stays successful but loads 0 rows. Instances where we expect a more automated check approach rather than a person waiting around to confirm the CT is back up the connector should stay in a failed state until CT is back on and the connection and come back up gracefully with no human interaction.
