Additional details: The conversation side kick export report is an improved version of the conversation export report, and the look back periods are not the same. After speaking with someone in support, the original report looks back 30 days every day. The sidekick report looks back 30 days only once a week. We need the side kick report to be accurate throughout the week, not just on Fridays. There are a few improvements that would make the data better in the conversation side kick report. 

1. Since the sidekick version is the newer version, swap the schedules between the two and give the sidekick version the better look back settings. 

2. Use an updated timestamp instead of created timestamp for the look back, so there's not so much data being pulled once. 

3. Shorten the 30 day window, so there's not so much data being pulled from the API at once.
