Update Intercom Contact data to be anchored to UTC

Additional details:

Intercom API has just released stable version 2.17 that enables Contact Search date filtering anchored to UTC. Previously this was not possible and not all contact updates could be pulled. Please update Intercom connector to pull updated Contact details using the new stable API 2.17. Thank you

    Second this. Intercom pushed an update to their part_history tables that fixes round robin assignments event data that were previously not firing (AKA missing data completely). I alerted them of this issue and they implemented a fix within this API version.

    Crucial for assignment tracking and respective metrics to be accurate.
