Which connector?: any

Additional details: At its current state, Fivetran does not propagate tables and columns that are available and selected under the schema in Fivetran if tables or columns do not have value.  It will be great to have this as a configurable item.  Seeing empty columns will provide a visibility to source data if it does not have value, and it will provide a consistency in tables and schema structure between dev, uat and prod environments in case dev does not have values but production does.
