In the 'note' table, we would like to know which organization the note is connected to. We are having problems joining the 'note' table to the 'organizations' table.

Using this ERD, how can we connect a note to the 'organization' table if the 'deal_id' is null in the 'note' table? There doesn't appear to be any logical path to connect the 'note' table to the 'organization' table. See attached screenshot for example.
