Greenhouse connector configuration option to limit API request frequency

Additional details:
When Fivetran's connection is syncing, it issues as many requests as the rate limit will allow. However, the rate limit is shared among all Greenhouse API clients, not just Fivetran's. It would be great if we could configure Fivetran to limit the number of API requests it issues to leave capacity available for other clients.
