Which connector?: UKG WFM

 

Additional details:  It would be nice to have the option to extract active and inactive employees instead of just active employees

    Hi Ross,

    Thank you for your feature request for the UKG WFM connector. We’re currently assessing customer demand and will begin a feasibility review. The request is in our backlog, and we may reach out for more details as we evaluate it.

    In the meantime, could you briefly share your main use case for tracking inactive employees? Our EMPLOYEE table currently runs as a full sync, so deleted and inactive employees are captured in your destination. Please let me know if this covers your use case.

    It would also help to know the default Hyperfind IDs available across all accounts for:

    • Active employees only
    • Inactive employees only
    • Both active and inactive employees

    We appreciate your feedback. It helps shape our product roadmap.

    We need this too. Any sort of historical reporting would be incomplete without inactive employees. 

    We are evaluating the use of this connector, but the active-only limitation seems to be a blocker for us.
