Connector Improvement: Anaplan Connector to Allow Grid Export Format

Currently the Anaplan connector only allows for Tabular Single Column format. The problem with this export format is that large export will time out due to its volume and connector will never work.
We have reached out to the fivetran support team about Anaplan connector failing and the support team had engaged Anaplan to troubleshoot. After meeting with both the fivetran and anaplan teams, we have decide that the timeout and failure of the anaplan connector is due to the large data volume and the fact that fivetran can only export Tabular Single Column.
We deal with a lot of large Anaplan exports and being able to export using grid format or being able to drop columns and records will be tremendously helpful. Currently, due to this limitation, we are not able to use fivetran for large Anaplan data.

I am reviewing this with our engineers to see the level of effort it would take to use the Grid Export functionality in Anaplan.

We ran into the same time out issue again with an existing export. With the growth of the data, the volume of all our exports will increasingly getting bigger and we are already seeing continued syncing failure with previously successful exports.
Can we please get an update on this? Will it possible to sync only selected records in the future?
I'm also curious to know if other Fivetran customers are experiencing the same issues?
