Today we can read connection paid MAR from the Platform Connector (incremental_mar, free_type = 'PAID'). A large part of our Fivetran bill is Activations, and we cannot get that usage the same way.

• usage_cost only gives a monthly dollar total per destination, with no split for Activations vs connections.
• ACTIVATION looks like metadata (names, destinations), not usage.
• incremental_mar is documented for connections, not paid Activations MAR per activation.

If possible, we want:

1. A REST API to fetch paid Activations MAR per activation (by month; daily if you offer it), matching Billing & Usage.
2. Or the same data in the Platform Connector (e.g. an activations usage table or documented fields on incremental_mar).
3. Ideally, billed Activations cost per activation per month as well, not only row counts.
