    We've officially launched the ability to send notifications to any email address. You can read up on how to use this in our documentation. Opsgenie, and other messaging/incident management systems, accept email based messages so this should allow for better integration with these systems. We've also documented steps to integrate emails with these systems as well.

    Hi Gabriela- We have this functionality in Private Preview. I've reached out to you see if you'd like to be included in the Private Preview. 

    Should be able to configure the email as opposed to defaulting to the user who created the connector. Current implementation doesn't accommodate large enterprises that have NOC teams handling outage events.

    Brian Fuller - Can you elaborate a bit on your use-case? You can change your default subscription which is connectors you create. How does the NOC team prefer to get their notifications? 

    Please close this feature request as we have found a workaround. Prefer to receive notifications via slack channel. SSO and AD integration would also be helpful.
