Dashboard Improvement: Support installing dashboard as a PWA (Progressive Web App)

Add full support to Edge/Chrome/etc. for installing Fivetran dashboard as a progressive web application (PWA).  installing the site as a PWA now does not support some functionality I'd expect (more dynamic resizing of the dashboard, etc.)

    Thanks for the feedback Jared Duquette. I agree that many of our screens don't resize well, and it's something we're looking at fixing in 2022. Can you share what other functionality of a PWA you're looking for and how it can help you?
