Connector Improvement: Legacy Mode for Pardot List Membership

Having Legacy Mode as an option on List Membership would allow us to identify Lists that have been deleted. Without this we have no way of identifying which lists in our dataset are active or not, and our very unsatisfying solution is to ask end users to rename lists that we can then filter out of reports.

Are you specifically asking for the `updated_at` field to become a primary key? This is a great request.
I'll work on discussing this with the engineering team and we'll look to add it in a future quarter.
