Connector Improvement: Apple Search Ads - Custom reports

Hi, 

The existing ERD for Apple Search Ads connector does not meet our current needs. More specifically, campaign_report cannot be broken down at the country-level using country_or_region_history and I cannot add a custom report to retrieve this level of reporting granularity.  Can custom reporting be added to this connector? Thanks!

    Hi all,

    Thanks for submitting and responding to this feature request and for your patience. We're ready to start rolling this feature out!

    We are adding everyone who responded here to a feature flag to get early access to custom reports on Apple Search Ads. You will be able to add custom reports to new or existing connections from the connection's setup form.

    We are looking for feedback on this feature, so if anyone sees this and tests it, please let us know. For this initial test, we will only support campaign reports with two dimensions. However, once we get confirmation that the data is correct, we'll start rolling out the feature to all customers with all report types and dimensions.

    Would your problem be solved with additional country-level and region-level reports available in the schema?

    Is there a particular reason that custom reports are the solution that would work better for you?

    Hey Drew,

    Yes, if the current ad_group_report has country-level granularity. The grains we're interested in are date, campaign ID, ad group ID and country or region.

    When can we have this granularity or custom report feature implemented?

    We use Fivetran in Japan.

    We, too, would be happy to receive reports tailored to the regions where our ads are served.

    If that is difficult, would it be possible to add hourly reports?

    That would solve the problem for us.

    Without this we won't be able to do any meaningful reporting and would have to use another solution.

    Hi all,

    Luke from the Product team. Thank you for responding to and following this feature request. 

    We are currently scoping a project to add support for building custom reports on our Apple Search Ads connector. 

    I'll post again here if the project is confirmed and we begin work.

    We are also interested in this feature. It is particularly important for generating reports at the country-level. Thus having country-level aggregated by campaign_id  available in the schema will greatly improve the connector
