Connector Improvement: Don't delete records during Stripe resyncs

We are resyncing our `stripe` connector and weren't expecting it to delete records as part of the resync. It would be nice if records weren't deleted, or if that's not possible there should be a clear warning that resyncing can cause records to be deleted.

Hi Ben -
Thanks for submitting this feature Request. Our connector shouldn't delete records during the resync unless they were previously marked as deleted and were beyond the events log Stripe maintains. Stripe holds on to deleted records for 30 days in the events API.
If you feel the re-sync deleted active data, please submit a support ticket so our engineers can assist you directly!
