We have previously evaluated GA360 realtime sessions tables and concluded that they are not reliable enough to integrate effectively. They often have missing data and there is no SLA for data delivery. Due to the timestamps being unreliable, we need to reimport the table during each sync which causes significant slowness and removes the benefits of streaming data.

We do support the intraday tables, which provide data with some lag, but are more reliable.
