Connector Improvement: Freshdesk Contact and Company tables could be incremental
Hi, there is an urgent need in our integration to sync the Company and Contact tables as fast as possible (5min). It turns out that Fivetran only syncs these two tables once per day as "Freshdesk API does not offer incremental updates for them". Could you provide more details on this statement?
We have found that both the Contacts and Companies endpoints can be filtered using fields like "_updated_since" or "updated_at", using the V2 of the API.
Would this information allow Fivetran's development team to make these tables incremental?
