Connector Improvement: Salesforce connector - allow going past 90% API quota

Consider allowing config on a per-Salesforce connector basis to allow it to exceed 90% API quota. This would allow for pulling data when the SFDC admin is aware and has given their blessing to use up more quota.

    Hi Aakash,

    Thanks for submitting this request. We've heard it before, and although we prefer to minimize configuration, this is something we are considering. We'll look out for additional upvotes and similar requests to make a determination on where we go with this in the future.
