Other: Sync Failed email improvements
PlannedHello,
I would like to propose some improvements to the "Sync Failed" emails we receive from you. The emails are in this form (connector name changed and link removed):
Your Fivetran integration ‘ABC’ is DELAYED due to longer than usual sync time. Data was last updated 6.7 hours ago.
For more information, please review the sync logs.
Average sync time for this connector is 3.8 minutes, and it is set to update every 2.0 hours.
There are 2 issues with these emails:
- I don't see the destination when I read the email
- When I click on the link, it does not go to the destination and connector directly. If logged out, the interface asks me to select a destination. And if logged in, it tries to show the connector on the current destination, which usually ends up in a destination where the connector is not available
Proposed improvements:
- Show the impacted destination in the email
- Rework the embedded link so that we can go to the mentioned connector when we click on the link.

Thank you for this request! Great news, we will be releasing improvements to all of our notifications in November that will address both points you've made here. Please let us know if there's other feedback around notification emails.

The same issue happens in the "[Delayed]" emails as well
