New Connector: Criteo Retail Media API

Hi Fivetran team,
some time in 2019 Criteo introduced an additional API that specifically focuses on Retail Media use cases.
As Fivetran currently supports the Criteo Marketing Solutions API, it would be great to also have the Criteo Retail Media Platform API available as a connector so that all Criteo use cases can be covered using your tool.
