    Hi Dave -

Thanks for submitting this feature request! I'm the Product Manager for our Netsuite SuiteAnalytics connector.

I appreciate you sharing this recent announcement from Netsuite. As of now, your Fivetran Netsuite SuiteAnalytics connector will continue to operate as it always has, by syncing your critical Netsuite data to your data warehouse so you can make data backed decisions from it.

Currently, our Fivetran team is working to solidify our plans to continue support for Netsuite SuiteAnalytics.  Future details to come!

    Best,
    Erin

Erin Are there any details that can be shared now? It's been 2 months. We have an outstanding ticket and have requested escalation as well.

    Hi,

Does Fivetran support data source netsuite2.com now?

    Thanks,

    Fabien

    Hi all -

Thank you for following up on this feature request.  Development is beginning this quarter to support Netsuite2.com.

However, at this time if you are currently unable to connect to our Fivetran Netsuite connector due to this limitation, please reach out to your CSM or email us at netsuite_questions@fivetran.com and we will be able to help you with an interim solution.

    Thank you,

    Erin

    Hi Erin,

I have sent an email and a follow up during the last 2 weeks regarding this feature request.
What is the best channel to talk to somebody about the interim solution to connect Fivetran to NetSuite ?

    Hi Pierre -

Thanks for following up, I have responded to your email and contacted Netsuite on your behalf.

    Best,

    Erin

    Hi All -

If you are a current NetSuite customer you should have seen an email go out earlier today announcing that NetSuite2 is now supported in Private Preview. If you wish to try this connector, please reach out to NetSuite_Questions@fivetran.com to have the feature enabled for your account.

For more information on the connector, please see our documentation here. There is a FAQ about the differences between the two sources as well.

Thanks for all of your patience on this!
    Erin

    Dave,

We are in the process porting our reports and applications from Netsuite database to the Netsuite2 database and ran into an issue with the support_case table. It has a primary key "id" but is missing a last_updated timestamp so the table is considered re-import and not incremental. This causes the table to be replicated on weekends only. We request that the Netsuite Team add a last_updated timestamp column to the support_case table so that it can be incremental and replicated with each sync. Note that we did not have this issue with the Netsuite database support_incidents table.
