New Connector: Asknicely connector

Hi! 
We are trying to analyze data from our NPS, measured with Asknicely, joining with other information that we have in our DWH.

To integrate Asknicely data, we need a connector in Fivetran that allow us to include this information.

    We would like to see this feature as well given it would pair excellently with FiveTran's Zendesk-->DWH sync
