    Hi James,

Thanks for writing in. Our WooCommerce integration is in fact powered through a MySQL connector. Per our docs:

WooCommerce, as a Wordpress plugin, is built on the MySQL database. Instead of pulling data from its API, we pull directly from the source database, saving time and effort. You are already sync'ing WooCommerce if you have an existing WordPress MySQL connector. Otherwise, use the MySQL connector:

If you'd like to set it up that way, please follow this link to the MySQL connector! In the future, we may build support for WooCommerce via their REST APIs if necessary. Is that something you would need?

As for FB Ads Insights and GetResponse, could you share a little more context about what is missing from our offering today that would support your use case?

    Hi @...,

With regards to Facebook, we would like to have a daily view of the metrics within each ad set and campaign. This includes daily spend, conversions, reach etc. The current API to facebook does not allow this. Do you know how we could get this metrics?

    Hi James Faure,

On the topic of Facebook Ads, our current connector will supply you with all of those metrics at both the ad set and campaign level. If the standard reports aren't suitable for your specific use case, you can create a custom report with any dimensions, breakdowns, and metrics you need.
