Other: Add Table-Level Process and Load Start / End Times to Logs

I would love to see the process and load start / end times added to the logs. I am able to do analysis on how long certain tables took to sync, but unable to see process and load times. Those values would be super useful in determining what % of overall time does a table take up for the entire syncing process.

Thanks for the request! I agree it would be great to be able to share more detail in the logs about the sync process. We will take this under consideration and look out for additional upvotes and similar requests!
