Hi everyone, Calvin from the Product team here!
Jumping in to say that we've added support for custom reports in TikTok Ads (See release notes). You can now configure your own reports with the above metrics at different levels (ie. ads, campaign, etc).

We'd like a better conversion breakdown which includes all Tiktok standard events: Add Payment Info, Add to Cart, Add to Wishlist, Click Button, Complete Payment, Complete Registration, Contact, Download, Initiate Checkout, Place an Order, Search, Submit Form, Subscribe, View Content.
We're particularly interested in: purchase & add_to_cart
The reason is only we only have the "conversion" column for now which sums conversion results based on the campaign optimization event (set-up at the adgroup level). This is not enough compared to what we have access to directly in the platform.
