Other: Remove deprecated fivetran_audit tables

The fivetran_audit tables are deprecated, but still are synced by each connector we use. This is misleading, as if it is synced, we would assume the data is ready to query.

    Hi Ian,

    Thanks for writing in. You're absolutely correct. These audit tables are deprecated and will be removed soon, with an exact data TBD. Until then, we have marked them as deprecated to encourage customers to switch to querying the Fivetran Log connector.

    Hi Ian - We sunset the Fivetran Audit tables last year and have seen redirected users to use the Fivetran platform connector instead.
