New Connector: Jira Align

Please add a connector specifically for Jira Align, as the impression I get is that it would work differently than the existing Jira connector.

Hi Alex - Thanks for submitting this request! I've added this connector to our backlog and will continue to monitor requests for it. At this time we don't have this planned but every upvote on this request increases the case to build it.
