Connector Improvement: Snapchat Ads conversion_total_installs_sk_ad_network metric

Hi, 

We're unable to pull SKADNetwork App installs through the current snapchat connector. It is called the conversion_total_installs_sk_ad_network conversion metric described in the Snapchat Marketing API docs.

    Thanks for the feature request. I'm currently looking into this change and will look to get it prioritized quickly. This looks fairly straight forward.
