Connector Improvement: Google Ads: Missing custom url parameters for campaigns

Hello,

Trying to get custom URL parameters for campaigns in Google Ads.

Currently this data is missing from the model and is a strong necessity to recreate tracking urls based on campaign level custom url parameters.

This is high priority for us.

    Thanks for this feature request. We do currently provide the custom URL parameters on the adgroup level in the CUSTOM_PARAMETER_HISTORY table. Does this solve your needs?

    Is there a reason that providing this data at the campaign level would be more useful?
