This sounds like a good piece of data to support. The documentation seems to indicate that this field lists the IDs of the users who are cc'd on a ticket. https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/ticketing/tickets/tickets/

We'll investigate to decide how to handle this -- I expect we'll sync it as a new table rather than an array field.
