Connector Improvement: Add Final_URL_Suffix to campaign performance reports

Hi Fivetran,

It would be great to be able to import the Final_URL_Suffix column in the campaign performance reports. 

See for info the following link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/advertising/reporting-service/campaignperformancereportcolumn?view=bingads-13&viewFallbackFrom=bingads-12

This would help us a lot in accessing the tagging info for Bing on campaign level.
