New Connector: Google Cloud Billing Data

Monitoring and reporting on Google Cloud consumption costs can be done through a few different resources today (below) but would be great to be able to also hook Fivetran up to one of these methods to allow for export into a database separate from BigQuery. Making this data easier to export would make it easier to combine cloud consumption costs with other data from AWS / Azure to get a true picture of cross cloud spend and consumption by team, tier, or product line.

This also helps support a lot of the new paradigms for engineering and product organizations around FinOps or FinSecDevOps.

    Hi David - Erin here, Product Manager of FinOpps Connectors!  thanks for submitting this request! We don't have this planned at this time but I will be putting it on the backlog.

    We will continue to collect customer demand to justify the commitment to support & maintain a high-quality Fivetran connector. Every upvote on this request increases the case to build it.

    For SaaS companies operating on GCP, this is an important factor in calculating customer overhead costs. I upvoted this connector because having a Fivetran pipeline for our cloud spend will help better quantify individual client costs.
