Connector Improvement: Full Re-sync status of tables in Salesforce Connector

Using fivetran APIs, we trigger daily full refresh of salesforce tables. We receive an email after full re-sync completes. Can you please provide the status of full re-sync refresh by table on the connector? Offlate we have received notifications that full resync completed successfully but the data in table was stale and we had to manually trigger the full re-sync on the UI.
This feature would provide visibility into the refresh status of each full re-sync API called issued. In case any of the full re-sync calls haven't completed successfully, it helps in early notification of the delays to our customers and we can proactively engage with fivetran support to determine the RCA to fix the problem.

Thanks for the request. I have some questions to make sure I am understanding your ask:
- Are you performing table level resyncs on just a subset of your tables? Just want to confirm you're not doing a full historic resync of all data.
- Can you also share the email you receive that you're referencing? Just want to ensure we're aligned on the exact email.
It sounds like your request is that this email contain more information about the table that is completed and any other tables that may have a pending resync, is that correct?
