Dashboard Improvement: Include destination in the URL

The destination information is not included in the URL for the dashboard (https://fivetran.com/dashboard), instead it is implemented as hidden state. For example this means that the URLs for specific connectors do not work if I've got another destination selected in my browser.

    Great timing! We just released an update to our Connector URLs that allows you to link to specific connectors. You can read more about this release in our release notes. Does this address your feature request?
