Connector Improvement: Implement multi-threading for Freshdesk

Due to the limitations of the Freshdesk API, there are multiple tables that Fivetran have to fully sync once a day to ensure data integrity. However, because there is so much data in these tables, syncs occasionally take 2 days to complete so we are always playing catch up.

Can multi-threading be implemented to speed up this process?

    Thanks for sharing this experience! We are investigating the best ways to implement multithreading and Freshdesk is absolutely a part of that. We'll keep you posted with news!
