Additional details: We need the Business Process Definition column to provide additional context about workforce events. For our Talent Acquisition dashboard, it is required to accurately calculate the Internal Transfers metric, as only specific Business Process Definition values should be included. Without this field, we cannot reliably identify qualifying transfer events.
