Hi Team,

It will be great to have the option to select the authentication level for a user to be either on the account level or on the user level.

Such feature will help us to be configure slack notifications for specific users in case our account is using OKTA.

    Hi Dina Elgendy - Just wanted to let you know we've officially launched the ability to send notifications to any email address. You can read up on how to use this in our documentation. Slack, and other messaging/incident management systems, accept email based messages so this should allow for better integration with these systems. We've also documented steps to integrate emails with these systems as well.

    Hi Dina,

    Sorry for the delay responding here. We've actually just launch a Private Preview of functionality that allows admins to setup email notifications for non-user email addresses. This will allow you to send email notifications to Slack without needing to modify authentication requirements. 

    I'll go ahead and send you an email with more information on the Private Preview so that your account can be added.
