Additional details:
Requesting support for Gorgias's Statistics API (POST /api/stats/{name}), specifically Ticket Handle Time (active agent working time per ticket) and Online Time (agent active-session time). These are computed metrics from a separate API than the core tables currently synced (ticket, message, tags, etc.) and aren't in the current schema. Needed for support-team productivity reporting.
