This looks like something we should consider supporting. Would you be willing to share some context about your analytical use case for this data? This could help our understanding of why custom attributes can be important!

@... - This is an extremely important capability for Intercom users. The custom attributes are crucial in chat analysis since each conversation has important attributes assigned to it. Please prioritize.
