Other: Increased visibility of MAR breakdown in usage / billing report

Would be good to have a breakdown of MAR by reason for replicating (i.e. DML, DDL, background process, other) in the usage / billing report.

    Thank you for this great suggestion! This is not something we are working on currently; however, this is a great feature that we will look into for future releases. I will reach out once we have more updates on this feature.
