Connector Improvement: Github Releases - Support

The connector does not currently support the Github "release" model/webhook (https://docs.github.com/en/github-ae@latest/rest/reference/repos#releases)

The effectiveness of many of our engineering KPIs is closely linked to the info in this Github table so having it available is somewhat critical. For comparison's sake: Stitch is able to sync this data https://www.stitchdata.com/docs/integrations/saas/github#releases

    Hi Kyle - 

    Thanks so much for submitting this feature request! We are excited to let you know that this feature has been added in our latest release for Github.  We hope that the addition of the RELEASE table and the ASSET table help to satisfy your Github use case. 

    See below for our October Release Notes: 

    We have added two new new tables:

    • RELEASE stores release information
    • ASSET stores asset information

    We are gradually rolling out this feature to all existing connectors. Once it is available for your connector, you will be able to manage syncing of these tables on the Schema tab of your Fivetran dashboard.
