Additional details: The Platform Connector exposes connection usage and cost (INCREMENTAL_MAR, USAGE_COST) but nothing for Activations (formerly Census). Activations are billed on a separate meter and a separate cost curve. We therefore can't see, attribute or alert on Activations spend from the data Fivetran already provides. We'd like Activations usage and cost added to the Platform Connector, at the same grain and with the same free-usage classification as connections.

Current behavior:

- USAGE_COST matches the dashboard's connection spend exactly and excludes Activations.
- INCREMENTAL_MAR has no activation rows. It is keyed by connection, schema and table, so activation syncs have nowhere to appear. No free_type value in our data corresponds to activations.
- The schema has no activation, activation-sync or activation sync-run tables.
- The REST API has no usage or billing endpoint, and the Activations API's sync-run endpoints return only per-run row counters. The only place we can read billed Activations usage is the dashboard's Usage tab.
