Confluent connector: support Schema Registry when message type Json

Additional details:

Fivetran does not support Schema Registry when message type Json. That does not make any sense. First of all because there is a Schema Registry for Json messages and secondly Json messages have schema (the JSON Schema https://json-schema.org/)
