Stripe: add presentment_details columns (Adaptive Pricing) to payment_intent, charge, checkout_session, refund

Additional details:
We use Stripe Adaptive Pricing and need the presentment_details object synced. It's nested on these objects as of Stripe API version 2025-03-31.basil:
- payment_intent
- charge: https://docs.stripe.com/api/charges/object
- checkout_session: https://docs.stripe.com/api/checkout/sessions/object
- refund: https://docs.stripe.com/api/refunds/object

Flattened columns on each existing table work for us (e.g. presentment_details_presentment_currency, presentment_details_presentment_amount).
