ability to schedule using cron, or at least an option to specify sheduling between a start and end time so that syncing only runs during working hours.

Our use case is that we need to refresh every 3 hours, but we don’t need updates running while everyone is asleep. This also has an impact on our dbt jobs, as syncing can trigger dbt Cloud jobs (if enabled) once the sync has completed. That means our dbt models are being rebuilt repeatedly overnight when nobody is using them, which unnecessarily eats into our maximum models limit.

Overall, the lack of scheduling flexibility is quite surprising. It would be really useful to have the ability to define specific hours during which the sync is allowed to run, while still maintaining the 3-hour refresh frequency.
