ADP Workforce Now: add Pay Statements (per-paycheck payroll) tables
PlannedConnector name:
ADP Workforce Now (adp_workforce_now)
Table name:
pay_statement (with child tables pay_statement_earning, pay_statement_deduction, pay_statement_memo, pay_statement_distribution) and payroll_output as well.
API documentation link:
https://developers.adp.com/build/api-explorer/hcm-offrg-wfn/hcm-offrg-wfn-payroll-pay-statements-v1-pay-statements
https://developers.adp.com/build/api-explorer/hcm-offrg-wfn/hcm-offrg-wfn-payroll-payroll-outputs-v2-payroll-outputs
Additional details:
Endpoints:
- GET /payroll/v1/workers/{aoid}/organizational-pay-statements (list per worker, numberoflastpaydates parameter, returns at least a year of history)
- GET /payroll/v1/workers/{aoid}/organizational-pay-statements/{pay-statement-id} (detail)
- GET /payroll/v2/payroll-output and sub-resources (Payroll Outputs v2, if entitlement allows)
Why: the connector covers HR, time card and pay-distribution setup, but nothing carries the actual payroll dollars per check: gross, net, earnings by code, deductions by code, employee taxes, direct-deposit amounts, memos. Customers who need a payroll register for finance, FP&A or labor cost reporting cannot get it from the connector today and have to export ADP reports by hand. Payroll Outputs adds employer-side taxes, taxable wages and check/batch numbers.
Both APIs are part of the standard Workforce Now offering and work with the same client credentials and certificate the connector already uses, plus the roleCode: practitioner header.
Suggested grain: one pay_statement row per worker per statement (aoid + pay_statement_id), child tables one row per line item, incremental by payDate.
Fivetran Support confirmed on ticket #413366 (Sept 2026) that the connector has no current way to expose these records and advised filing this request.

Hi Christine,
To help Engineering assess your request, could you provide:
API documentation: Any documentation available behind your ADP login for both Pay Statements and Payroll Outputs, preferably as PDFs, including parameters, filters and access requirements.
Source access: Access through our support team to validate both APIs, including the
numberoflastpaydatesparameter and available Pay Statement history.History requirements: How much payroll history do you need, and can older pay statements receive corrections after subsequent payroll runs?
This will help us confirm feasibility and the sync approach before estimating delivery.
Thanks,
