ADP Workforce Now: add Pay Statements (per-paycheck payroll) tables

Table name:
pay_statement (with child tables pay_statement_earning, pay_statement_deduction, pay_statement_memo, pay_statement_distribution) and payroll_output as well.

https://developers.adp.com/build/api-explorer/hcm-offrg-wfn/hcm-offrg-wfn-payroll-payroll-outputs-v2-payroll-outputs
Additional details:
Endpoints:
- GET /payroll/v1/workers/{aoid}/organizational-pay-statements (list per worker, numberoflastpaydates parameter, returns at least a year of history)
- GET /payroll/v1/workers/{aoid}/organizational-pay-statements/{pay-statement-id} (detail)
- GET /payroll/v2/payroll-output and sub-resources (Payroll Outputs v2, if entitlement allows)
Why: the connector covers HR, time card and pay-distribution setup, but nothing carries the actual payroll dollars per check: gross, net, earnings by code, deductions by code, employee taxes, direct-deposit amounts, memos. Customers who need a payroll register for finance, FP&A or labor cost reporting cannot get it from the connector today and have to export ADP reports by hand. Payroll Outputs adds employer-side taxes, taxable wages and check/batch numbers.
Both APIs are part of the standard Workforce Now offering and work with the same client credentials and certificate the connector already uses, plus the roleCode: practitioner header.
Suggested grain: one pay_statement row per worker per statement (aoid + pay_statement_id), child tables one row per line item, incremental by payDate.
Fivetran Support confirmed on ticket #413366 (Sept 2026) that the connector has no current way to expose these records and advised filing this request.
