Hi Team, 

We are trying to move the existing HVR server to newly created AWS LZ EC2 server.  As part of this, I was performing the steps mentioned on the following link to take ‘HVRSnapshotcapture’ ‘https://fivetran.com/docs/hvr6/command-line-interface/command-reference/hvrsnapshotrestore’. But getting the below mentioned error message :

I want to check if it is possible for you or anyone from Fivetran to join for 30 minute discussion to help us resolve the below mentioned issue?  As this step requires some downtime to be performed on the existing servers and users need to be notified as well. So want to keep it very short and resolve it sooner without much of business impact.

We are also ready to perform this task on after business hours.

Note : We already configured the repository database information and license file got added to new server.
