Additional details:

In the Hybrid Deployment architecture, Fivetran does not support customer-managed, persistent read-only credentials or provide a supported process for mirroring the private runtime images used by Hybrid Deployment. This would be a valuable enhancement as we would like to move our Fivetran Hybrid deployment to AKS, but are unable to without this enhancement.
