Support Confluence Service Accounts

Which connector?: Confluence
Service accounts need to authenticate via special atlassian.net path, and paths are curently not support, e.g.`https://api.atlassian.com/ex/confluence/<account id>`. The connect fails, but this is the format required for service accounts.
