Additional details: Amount and fees in BALANCE_TRANSACTION for 'type' = 'shop_cash_credit' shows a pooled amount. ADJUSTMENT_ORDER does show the breakdown for amount but does not show breakdown for fees. We need breakdown of fees for auditing reasons. This aggregation seems to appear for transactions of 'type' = 'shop_cash_credit' only.
